Graduation Fee: A non-refundable Graduation Fee is assessed to all students at the University each time a student applies to graduate. It is used to defray the cost of processing candidates for graduation, printing diplomas, and conducting the commencement ceremonies. The Graduation Fee does not cover the cap and gown fees. |
Students can make a payment on Populi. Payment may be made using cash, checks, debit or credit cards. Cash is accepted at the cashier on the first floor of the campus. Checks are accepted either in person at the cashier or by mailing the payment to Attn: Student Finance Office, Harvest University, 300 Deuel St, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.
All checks need to be in US currency and should be made payable to Harvest University. Please include the student’s name and ID on the check. Debit/Credit card payment can be made online at the student account on Populi (convenience fee applies). The payment for the tuition is due at the beginning of each quarter by the date announced by the school. Students have an option to pay in full or apply for an installment payment plan.
Financial aid at Harvest University begins with the commitment of the affiliated ministries to quality education. Gifts from the affiliated ministries and faithful individuals provide major funding for the financial assistance. The University’s financial aid serves as a tool to meet enrollment goals of the University and attract students who would contribute to His Kingdom and the diverse student population. The goal of the financial aid is to remove financial barriers to attendance in order to maintain access for qualified students.
The University does not yet offer scholarships from Federal or State Financial Aid Programs including Title IV at this time. However, various assistance programs are offered by the University and its affiliate ministries. All aid granted is based on the availability of funds.
Application Process and Forms
The scholarship application forms are available on Populi. Updated financial aid information and application forms are made available at least 60 days prior to the deadline. Specific instructions and eligibility information are included on the page of the
financial aid program on Populi. Please contact any application questions to the Financial Aid Office by calling 970 370 1541 or studentfinance@harvestuniv.org. Please contact the Financial Aid Office immediately upon any decision to cancel an application after it has been submitted.
Financial aid recipients are notified by email regarding award status at least 21 days prior to the payment deadline. All aid recipients are required to draft a personal “Thank You” letter addressed to the affiliated ministries or fund donors. Students and donors alike have greatly benefited from the fellowship and joy generated through this unique element of the Financial Aid Program.
Financial Aid Program recipients who register as full-time students and then withdraw to part-time hours, or withdraw from active enrollment, must relinquish all scholarship funds and bear responsibility for full payment of all tuition charges.
International Student Scholarship
This fund was established for Harvest University international students, with preference towards those demonstrating exceptional academic and/or leadership abilities. Recipients of this scholarship must verify their citizenship and residence as developing countries and evidence commitment to the WOA Churches and be on a student visa, show high academic achievement and have definite plans to return to their home countries to minister. Scholarship recipients must meet certain eligibility requirements and maintain good academic standing and a GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout their course of study in order to maintain their award.
Award
Financial aid for international students is distributed in the form of tuition scholarships and maximum allowance covers 100 percent tuition. Award does not cover fees. It is renewable each quarter for the duration of the program. However this is dependent upon continuing financial need, satisfactory academic progress, maintaining a satisfactory reputation on campus, and availability of funds.
Eligibility for Scholarship
Students must be accepted into a Harvest University degree program according to admissions requirements except MBA program. It is eligible for first degree program; however, it is not eligible for those seeking a second degree program.
Students whose citizenship and residence are defined as developing countries based on Gross National Income.

Missionary Scholarship
This fund was established for Harvest University students, with preference towards those with lifelong missionary service. Students with exceptional full-time missionary service backgrounds in WOA Churches are eligible to apply missionary scholarship, the maximum allowance for which covers tuition for each academic year. Scholarship recipients must evidence commitment to the WOA Churches and maintain good academic standing and a GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout their course of study in order to maintain their award each quarter.
Award

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) is used to define successful completion of coursework to maintain eligibility for student financial aid. If students fail to meet these standards, students will be placed on financial aid warning or suspension. Academic performance must meet the SAP standards below.
Students must maintain a minimum GPA as follows:
Zero-unit courses should be a pass grade.
Students are eligible to receive financial aid for a timeframe of 100 percent of the published degree credits required to complete their program. For example, if degree program requires 136 credits, students are eligible for aid up to 136 attempted credits. Attempted credits are not earned credits. It includes withdrawn courses and/or F-grading courses.
Change major
If a student changes majors, the credits that student earned and/or attempted under all majors will be included within 100% percent time frame credits.
Extensions
Student may request an extension of the timeframe provision of this policy. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Student Finance Office measures the scholarship criteria at the end of each academic term (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer). If the student meets the criteria, they are eligible to receive scholarship in the following quarter of enrollment. If the student does not meet the criteria, Student will enter Financial Aid Probation status.
Financial Aid Probation
A student on Financial Aid Probation is ineligible to receive scholarship. Students on Probation are required to meet all of the scholarship criteria and submit an Appeal by the established deadline to the Student Finance Office. Failure to complete this requirement will result a cancellation of pending scholarship, regardless of enrollment and/or balance due. If the appeal is approved by the committee, students will be eligible to receive scholarship.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee approval. Students awaiting a response from the committee are responsible for paying their tuition fees by the payment deadline to register for classes or to avoid late fees.
Reinstatement
Students who are disqualified and/or denied Financial Aid from a prior quarter may be eligible for reinstatement and regain eligibility for financial aid. Upon completing such conditions, students are required to submit a Scholarship Appeal to the Student Finance Office and provide in-depth details as to when the student completed the reinstatement requirements. All students who have been academically disqualified are ineligible for Financial Aid and can only regain financial aid eligibility through the appeal process.
Appeal Process
Students can appeal their disqualification from financial aid by completing a Scholarship Appeal. Please click here Scholarship Appeal Form. Students should provide an explanation of any extenuating circumstances that prevented them from maintaining satisfactory academic progress throughout the quarters in question. Supporting documentation regarding the conditions for appealing will be accepted and reviewed. All appeals are reviewed by an Appeal Review committee and the committee’s decision is final. Students will be notified of the results by email. Students awaiting a response from either Appeal Review Committee are responsible for paying their tuition fees by the payment deadline to register for classes or to avoid late fees.

Complete the online financial aid application in full and submit it by deadline. Late application will not be accepted. If you submit it successfully, the automatic notification letter is sent to your email. Students do Not apply directly to named scholarships managed through the Harvest University Financial Aid Program. The standard financial aid application puts an applicant in consideration for an appropriate scholarship, as determined by the Financial Aid Committee. Please contact the student finance office immediately upon any decision to cancel an application after it has been submitted.
